At Question Beauty, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our beauty concierge team with your order number to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact and including the original packing slip for faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
